This time, we invite you to explore the unique world of Lamb × Chinese Cuisine.

From Char Siu and Braised Lamb in Black Vinegar,
to Spicy Fried Lamb, Dim Sum, Fried Rice, and even Gelato
a true “Seven Transformations of Lamb.”

Head Chef of Beer to Hitsuji—Japan’s only restaurant specializing in both craft beer and lamb.

He insists on using only the freshest chilled lamb,
including rare domestic lamb that makes up less than 0.6% of the national market.

With just 11 counter seats and 3 tables,
guests can enjoy the sight of a dedicated grill master cooking right before their eyes—
while listening to expert commentary—
for a truly immersive lamb experience.

 

This time, a true lamb professional trained in Chinese cuisine
brings a Japanese twist to the historic pairing of Chinese flavors × lamb.

Redefining the Boundaries of Lamb & Craft Beer

 

Located in Higashi-Umeda, Osaka,
we are Japan’s only restaurant dedicated to craft beer and Jingisukan (grilled lamb).

Our in-house brewery produces eight varieties of our original brand, Osaka Beer,
always available fresh from the tap.

For the lamb, our head chef—trained at a renowned lamb restaurant in Tokyo—
selects only the finest chilled lamb and mutton,
sourced from Hokkaido and trusted farms around the world.

 

Our signature dish,
“Secret Beer-Marinated Jingisukan – Revamped”,
features Australian lamb marinated in our house-brewed craft beer with a special blend of spices.
This creation won top honors at the 2024 Seasoned Jingisukan Grand Prix.
